Organized by DFE and StrategyHouse from Denmark, the fea team successfully completed a training on the programmatic Theory of Change in the third week of June.
Theory of change and logical models provide conceptual clarity and focus the program/project on the mechanism that is considered to support and drives the desired outcomes and assumptioms related to the implementation of the program/project.
Together with our partner DFE, we adapted our theory of change for the current Program “Empowerment of Communities through Democratic Natural Resource Management” and laid the foundations for the development of a document for support and accompanying campaigns.
The ultimate goal is to provide long-term and diverse ways/sources of financing for our pojects related to sustainable management of natural resources in BiH and the region.
